ACM was started with the idea of being a different type of venture capital firm. After many years of being on the investor side of the table, we believed that it was time to do things a little (or a lot) different. So in late 2012 ACM was founded and began operations in February 2013.
We built this firm around giving investors the opportunity to determine which companies they wanted (and did not want) to invest in. We built a firm with below average fees and above average hurdle rates.
We provide our portfolio companies with significant capital so they can be successful and truly desire to make every investment a win (investor) – win (entrepreneur) – win (ACM) result.
