投稿截止日期为2024年4月30日，逾期的论文概不接受。若未交纳会议注册费稿件将不被接受。（为保证投稿质量，建议尽量包含未发表的科研内容；为保证研究成果的原创性，摘要将收录在电子论文集里不公开发表。）
投稿方式：网上投稿，不接受其他方式的投稿。每位参会人员(作为第一作者)限投一篇摘要，若非第一作者需要有第一作者的投稿授权书。 可登陆会议网站www.cns.org.cn/2024/按步骤提示进行注册投稿。 墙报交流方式：请参会者自行准备Poster海报，按照编号到会场指定区域张贴并交流。普通墙报尺寸：1.2m（高）*0.9m（宽），竖版。
申请评奖（限学会有效会员）：
在读研究生或者中级职称以下（含）的青年科技工作者。（2024年1月1日未满35周岁）同一导师、实验室参评人员不超过2人。
参选者投稿时须注明参选的奖项，并上传个人简历（须包含科研进展及计划）、发表论文清单及首页扫描件3-5篇、身份证扫描件、导师推荐信。
参评墙报要求：仅有题目和内容，不出现作者姓名、学校名称及logo等，背景白色。须按要求自行制作并到现场张贴。墙报尺寸：1.2m（长）*0.9m（宽），横版。
若未按要求制作参评墙报，将取消现场参评资格。
此次评奖不收取评审费。参评者须交纳会议注册费并到现场做墙报展示。本次评选将根据投稿情况，设立初审环节，初审入围者将进行现场墙报展示及评审，青年工作委员会将根据墙报质量、现场交流、论文水平等方面进行现场评选。未通过初审者将默认作普通墙报展示。

本次会议采用网上注册，注册开始时间2024年2月初。（会议网站 www.cns.org.cn/2024/）
会议注册费包括：参会资料和午餐券。荣誉会员、大会报告人、邀请嘉宾及分会场专题研讨会报告人均免注册费。报告人仍须完成网上注册和提交摘要。
取消参会：2024年5月31日前，全额退款；6月1日-8月31日取消参会，退50％会议注册费；9月1日及以后取消参会不退款。

Add momentum to the innovative development of biomedicine —— Strengthening and expanding the bio-economy
The "14th Five-Year Plan" and the long-term plan for the years 2035 propose to accelerate the development of the biopharmaceutical, bioresearch, biomaterials, bioenergy industries, and to strengthen and expand the bio-economy. The biopharmaceutical industry is a strategic emerging industry related to the national economy, people's livelihood, and national security, covering many aspects such as biotechnology industry, pharmaceutical industry, and biomedical engineering industry. In recent years, under the guidance of favorable policies, China's biopharmaceutical industry has entered a "fast lane" of development. A series of new products and services have provided new assistance for ensuring people's health and life. In terms of the industry, the research and development investment of the entire industry has increased significantly, with thousands of new drugs entering clinical trials, hundreds of new drugs conducting international multi-center clinical trials, and an increasing number of new drugs being approved. In terms of enterprises, traditional pharmaceutical enterprises are accelerating their transformation and innovation, and a large number of emerging biotechnology companies are being established and growing rapidly. These innovative entities are an important force in promoting the innovative development of biomedicine. As of the end of 2022, there were 4,120 biopharmaceutical-related enterprises in Xi'an High-Tech Zone, and the scale of the biopharmaceutical industry exceeded 60 billion yuan, ranking among the top in the national high-tech zones in the central and western regions.
The China (Xi'an) Biomedical and Technical Equipment Exhibition, jointly organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Pharmaceutical Association, the Shaanxi Provincial Health Management Industry Promotion Association, and hosted by Shaanxi Zhongkai Bowen Exhibition Co., Ltd., will be held at the Xi'an International Airport Convention Center from September 26 to 28, 2024. The exhibition will continue to adhere to the development concept of openness, innovation, cooperation, and win-win, constantly explore and break through the innovation and development of biopharmaceutical technology and industry, promote the development of the medical device industry, and build a leader in the innovative development of China's biopharmaceutical industry. It will fully integrate various activities such as exhibition and display, annual innovation product selection and award, summit forum, new product launch, procurement conference, and training exchange, and strive to build the most advanced platform for showcasing and promoting biopharmaceutical and related industries to the whole country and even the world.
