All eligible health facilities will be entered into a computer software and required number of health facilities i.e. 26 will be selected through simple random sampling by the Principal investigator. Then these facilities will be randomly assigned to TWO equal groups (13+13) using the same software by a sec

All the First Level Care Facilities(HCFs) of Abbottabad having at least 4 under-five consultations per day will be included in the study.；
请登录查看Once, HCFs are identified under inclusion criteria, if there is no Health Care Provider(HCP) or there is a trained HCP in a facility, that facility will be excluded from the study. Informed consent forms will be sent to all eligible HCPs. If ALL eligible HCPs i.e. untrained HCPs of a health facility refuse to participate in the study, that health facility will be excluded from trainings, assessment and analysis but will be reported.；
