The objectives of study are to assess the effectiveness of lower limb rehabilitation protocol using mobile health on quality of life, functional strength and functional capacity among knee osteoarthritis patients who are overweight and obese.

入选标准

1. Overweight and obese Knee OA patients; 2. Both males and females; 3. Aged between 45 to 60 years; 4. Living in urban area of Punjab, Lahore.；

排除标准

1. System lupus erythematosus (SLE); 2. Previous surgery of knee/s of any cause; 3. Flat feet; 4. Spinal deformities; 5. Participants having history of metabolic, hormonal, orthopaedic, cardiovascular; 6. The patients who had any injections of knee/s for the last six months.；
