Randomization will be done by a computer generated number. After randomization each group will be called separately for their interventions.
The principle investigator will not be blinded. The participants receiving the intervention will be blinded by simply not informing them of their treatment allocation.

Overweight or obese knee osteoarthritis patients; Age 45-60 years; Knee osteoarthritis of grade 2 or 3 according to Kellgren and Lawrence grading scale; Residing in urban community of Lahore;
