To assess the effectiveness and acceptability of instructions of daily care (IDC) on pain, mobility and body mass index among knee osteoarthritis (OA) participants who are overweight or obese.

入选标准

Overweight or obese knee osteoarthritis participants with grade 2 or 3 (based on Kellgren and Lawrence radiographic scale) Both males and females, Age between 45-60 years, Residing in the urban community of Lahore.；

排除标准

Rheumatoid arthritis; Orthopaedic problem; Spinal deformities or Any previous injections of the knee.；
