The aim of the study is to determine the efficacy and quality of ChatGPT-4 in generating multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for medical education, by comparing these AI-generated MCQs against those crafted by human experts to establish non-inferiority in terms of educational value, candidate performance, and item analysis metrics.
