入选标准

1. The study population comprised patients with confirmed or suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection according to the Colombian consensus of attention, diagnostic, and treatment of COVID-19 infection, an expert consensus; 2. Patients were tested for SARS-CoV-2, and the diagnosis was made using the real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (rt-PCR) test or antigens for SARS-CoV-2 test; 3. All hospitalized patients with more than 5 days and with a positive RT-PCR assay or antigens test for SARS-CoV-2 were included in the study; 4. Positive COVID-19 diagnosis patients lists were recollected on a database used by the Hospital Universitario Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá; 5. Decisions about the necessity of hospitalization were made by emergency physicians in accordance with the same guidelines, and the use of severity-based classification variables, patient clinical state, and paraclinical information, independent of inpatient bed availability; 6. Patients were only included if requiring hospitalization was available at the emergency department, or hospitalization bed, or intensive care unit bed became available.；

排除标准

1. Transferred patients were not included; 2. Those patients who did not undergo molecular tests or tested negative were excluded from the study; 3.Patients who have the infection for the second time.；
