This study aims to (1) to evaluate the impact of two cross-cultural community care workers on health management outcomes among inadequate housing residents; and (2) to assess changes in specific health indicators, patient satisfaction, and healthcare utilization before and after the intervention.

Female ethnic minority residents living in informal and transitional houses, including sub-divided flats, who have completed a health needs assessment and have a BMI of 25 or greater.；

排除标准

Individuals who are incapable to give consent and participants who are mentally incompetent will be excluded.；
