试验目的

Considering the high level of academic stress among Hong Kong students and the emphasis in the Chinese culture on bringing honor to one’s family (Chyu & Chen, 2022), there is an urgent need for a local prevention program that can help build their psychological capital and strengthen their mental health. The transdiagnostic nature of ACT and its priority on improving well-being to symptom reduction make it a promising approach in school-based programs. Leveraging ACT principles and techniques, this pilot study aims to develop a brief prevention program for local secondary and tertiary school students.

1.Age of 35 years or below, 2.Fluency in oral and written Chinese.;

排除标准

1.Active or current history of psychosis, bipolar disorder, or personality disorder, 2.Active or current report of suicidal attempts, 3.Active or current report of suicidal ideations for more than half the days, 4.Any history of intellectual deficits.;
