An independent researcher will support the study and perform block randomization. A computer program will be used to generate random numbers and create a block randomization table with block sizes ranging from 2 to 8.

入选标准

This is a nonclinical study. Participants should be a Chinese-Cantonese-speaking college student (from associate degree to doctoral degree) in Hong Kong, be aged 18 or above, agree to provide online informed consent and participate in this study, have access to the Internet.；

排除标准

1.Have an official diagnosis of any psychotic disorder, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder; 2.Score 15 or above on the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) or indicate any suicidal thoughts on the 9th item of the PHQ-9; 3.Have received formal NVC training for at least 6 hours in the past.；
