Unpacking the concept of physical literacy to support children's physical literacy journey: a parent-focused intervention
This research aims to address this evidence gap by assessing the feasibility of a parent-focused physical literacy intervention aimed at enhancing parental physical literacy and supporting parents to develop their child's physical literacy through play. Besides, to observe if any changes in physical activity, fundamental movement skills competence, and overall physical literacy (i.e., self-efficacy, enjoyment, motivation) after the intervention.

1. Primary school children from P1-P6 (7-to-12-year-old children); 2. Children's father or mother will be recruited in the study instead of the grandparents or others 3. only Chinese participants will be recruited.;
