The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of 12 session programs in carer mental health. Pre- and post-intervention assessments will be conducted to evaluate and compare the mental health outcomes with the 10-session program.

1. Bedridden care recipients. 2. Caregiver is a domestic worker. 3. Caregiver is currently participating in other mental support programs.；
