入选标准

Underwent emergency Hartman procedure due to acute obstructive left-sided colorectal cancer, aged >= 18 years (retrospective).；

排除标准

Intraoperative perforation, patients whose abdominal computed tomography weren't done within the last 48 hours preoperatively, and patients that had intraoperative peritonitis carcinomatosis (retrospective).；
