The feasibility study over the outcomes of substance abusers in residential detox centers when compared with video medical consultation verus face-to-face consultation
1. To explore the feasibility of using video consultation linked by health care system towards residential detox centers; 2. To compare the satisfaction rate by substance abusers and staff of residential detox centers for using video consultation versus face-to-face consultation; 3. To compare of mental states of substance abuser using video consultation versus face-to-face consultation.

1. Hong Kong Chinese residents; 2. needed to receive psychiatric treatment; 3. aged 18-65 years; 4. Able to give written consent and speak and read Chinese language.；
