入选标准

household contacts of clinically confirmed leprosy patients Both genders participants who provide informed written consent；

排除标准

1.Known peripheral neuropathy from other causes (e.g., diabetes, alcoholic neuropathy, autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis) 2.Immunocompromised individuals(e.g. HIV,chronic renal failure ,chronic liver failure) 3.Systemic infections(e.g. HIV, tuberculosis, hepatitis c ,cutaneous leishmaniasis)；
