入选标准

1. A diagnosis of PACG; 2. Requiring 2 or more IOP-lowering drugs to control IOP, or IOP >21mmHg on maximally tolerable drugs; 3. Able and willing to give informed consent, prior to randomization; 4. Older than 18 years of age.；

排除标准

1. Previous intraocular surgery or cyclophotocoagulation, with the exception of laser peripheral iridotomy and argon laser peripheral iridoplasty; 2. Secondary causes of angle closure including iridocorneal-endothelial syndrome, neovascular glaucoma etc.; 3. Unable to cooperate for reliable visual field and OCT examination.；
