To investigate the effectiveness of the effectiveness Buscopan? via structured questionnaire and stress biomarker throughout the MVA procedure.

入选标准

1. Women 18 years old or above; 2. first trimester miscarriage; 3. No fetal heart beat in those with CRL 25mm; 4. incomplete miscarriage with POG <5cm; 5. hemodynamically stable; 6. tolerates well with speculum examination.；

排除标准

1. cervical stenosis; 2. fibroid uterus >12 weeks in size; 3. known uterine malformation; 4. bleeding disorder; 5. clinically sepsis; 6. inability to tolerate pelvic examination; 7. History of allergy to misprostol, Buscopan? or same group of drug; 8. Contraindication to the use of Buscopan?; 9. Unable to follow instruction to have saliva sampling; 10. History of psychological/ psychiatric problem; 11. History of smoking, physical exercise, meals, alcoholic beverages and low pH drinks at least 1 hour prior to saliva sampling.；
