To report the actual number of cases experienced by the house officers and their level of self-confidence for the listed conditions or procedures after the surgical rotation, to suggest a way to improve the quality of surgical training

All study participants should voluntarily participate in this study. The house officers should have completed their six-month surgical rotation no later than 31st July 2021, to be eligible for participation in this study. All in-service medical officers on 1st August 2021 are eligible because they have completed their housemanship including six-month surgical rotation.；
