1. To explore and compare the effectiveness of robotic hand-assisted exercise and conventional exercise on the hand function in post-stroke patients 2. To examine the difference between robotic hand-assisted exercise and conventional exercise in post-stroke rehabilitation 3. To investigate the factors contributing to both high and low compliance with the use of the robotic hand

入选标准

1. Age above 18 2. Diagnosed with cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, with > or equal to 6 months post stroke 3. Sufficient cognition to follow simple instructions and understand the content and purpose of the study byAMT are larger than or equal to 6 4. Active control of wrist extensor of affected upper extremity 5. With care giver to support subject 6. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) are less than or equal to 2 for finger and wrist extensors 1. Age above 182. Diagnosed with cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, with > or equal to 6 months post stroke 3. Sufficient cognition to follow simple instructions and understand the content and purpose of the study byAMT are larger than or equal to 64. Active control of wrist extensor of affected upper extremity 5. With care giver to support subject 6. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) are less than or equal to 2 for finger and wrist extensors;

排除标准

1. Presence of other neurological or orthopedic conditions over affected arm 2. History of botulinum toxin injection within 3 months 3. Poor skin conditions or/and uncontrollable diabetes 4. Contracture over wrist and hand joints of affected upper extremity;
