To assess effectiveness of Dexmedetomidine in decreasing if not stopping Emergence Agitation. There are two questions which this study aims to answer 1) Is pain a cause of Emergence Agitation? 2) Is Dexmedetomidine effective in decreasing if not stopping Emergence Agitation?

1. Upper Limb Fractures – Fracture Clavicle, Fracture Humerus, Fracture Radius and/or Ulna, Fracture Carpal Bones; 2. Lower limb Fractures – Fracture Pelvic Bone, Fracture Femur , Fracture Tibia and/or Fibula, Fracture Tarsal Bones; 3. Skin Grafting; 4. Limb and spine deformities noted at birth or later in life (clubfoot, scoliosis, limb length differences); 5. Gait abnormalities (limping); 6. Bone or joint infections and tumors.；

Attention deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder; 6. Use of psychiatric drugs; 7. Liver, Renal, Cardiac and Respiratory Disorders; 8. Spinal Deformity; 9. Local Infection at site of regional block; 10. Bleeding Diathesis; 11. Neurological Deficits.；
