鬆筋手術與股骨生長板抑制術對腦性麻痺髖關節脫位的療效比較
This study is to reject a hypothesis that decrease in MP after soft tissue release and guided growth is the same as decrease in MP after soft tissue release in spastic hip displacement with MP 30% to 70%. The study purposes are 1) to validate therapeutic role of guided growth in spastic hip displacement and 2) to determine the patients who benefits most from the use of guided growth.

It is a retrospective comparative study comprised of children with spastic CP who underwent soft tissue release with or without guided growth for hip displacement from June 2005 to September 2016. Hip displacement was defined by a Reimers MP greater than 30%. We excluded children with a pre-operative MP greater than 70%, those underwent open reduction of the hip or osteotomy of femur or pelvis, and those with post-operative follow up of less than 2 years.；
