试验目的

Primary objective: This study aims to investigate the presence of microbiome in human seminal fluid, embryo spent culture media, and follicular fluids and its impact on clinical pregnancy rates of IVF/ICSI patients. Secondary objectives: 1. Oocyte quality; 2. Fertilization rate; 3. Embryo quality; 4. Number of embryos available for transfer; 5. Implantation rate; 6. Ongoing pregnancy rate; 7. Live birth rate.

1. Participants undergoing IVF/ICSI treatment; 2. The male partner is at least 18 years of age at the time of consent; 3. Receiving the first, second or third IVF/ICSI treatment cycle; 4. Both partners give written informed consent.；

排除标准

1. The cycle is cancelled on the day of treatment; 2. Patients failed to retrieve gametes.；
