For those who consented to the study, they will be randomly assigned to receive USG-MVA or traditional surgical evacuation according to a computer generated random number series.

1. Women 18 years old or above; 2. Women with miscarriage who are suitable candidates for USG-MVA; 3. first-trimester delayed miscarriage <= 10 weeks of gestation; 4. incomplete miscarriage With POG <= 5cm; 5. hemodynamically stable; 6. tolerates well with speculum examination.；

Women who are not feasible for the USG-MVA; 2. cervical stenosis; 3. fibroid uterus >= 12 weeks in size; 4. known uterine malformation; 5. bleeding disorder; 6. suspicion of active infection; 7. inability to tolerate pelvic examination; 8. History of allergy to misprostol; 9. Patient refusal; 10. With history of intrauterine adhesion/ Ashermans syndrome;；
