先導性研究：應用《慈心培養小組課程》於香港專科門診抑鬱症患者
本研究旨在測試一個為期四週以慈心為本的課程，對香港成年抑鬱症患者的成效。

九龍東醫院聯網精神科團隊轉介的成年(即18歲或以上)抑鬱症患者，將被招募參加是次計劃。

1) aged 18 or above 2) outpatients from psychiatric outpatient clinics, who are experiencing major depressive disorder (operationalized as fulfilling the DSM-V criteria and as confirmed by the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I. 7.0.2. Chinese) (Sheehan et al., 1998; Si et al., 2009)*. The M.I.N.I. 7.0.2 structured clinical interview will be conducted by the researchers to verify the diagnosis upon the referrals are made to the research study. 3) Participants’ concurrent psychotrophic medications would be remained unchanged during the study. * https://harmresearch.org/product/mini-international-neuropsychiatric-interview-mini-7-0-2-14/；
