ASCO 2026｜DAREON-8研究重磅更新：Obrixtamig联合SoC一线治疗ES-SCLC再传捷报，PFS获益持续深化

广泛期小细胞肺癌（ES-SCLC）是一种侵袭性极强、预后极差的肺癌亚型，长期以来其一线标准治疗（SoC）以含铂化疗联合免疫治疗为主，但多数患者仍面临快速进展和复发困境   ^[1-3]。Obrixtamig（BI 764532）作为一种新型DLL3/CD3 IgG样T细胞衔接器（TcE），能够将T细胞重定向至DLL3阳性肿瘤细胞，实现精准免疫杀伤   ^[4,5]，为突破这一治疗瓶颈带来了全新可能。继2025年欧洲肿瘤内科学会（ESMO）年会首次公布DAREON-8研究初步数据   ^[4]后，2026年美国临床肿瘤学会（ASCO）年会再次公布其更新数据，进一步明确了Obrixtamig联合化疗及免疫治疗在ES-SCLC一线治疗中的疗效和安全性表现   ^[5]。基于此，特邀 山东省肿瘤医院朱慧教授 深入解读和点评该研究，并展望Obrixtamig可能为ES-SCLC患者带来的治疗变革。
