入选标准

The inclusion criteria were a) being aged 60 years or older, b) living independently in the community, c) not having a cognitive impairment, d) not participating in a structured physical activity program preceding the study, and e) earning passing scores on the Timed-Up-and-Go Test and the Abbreviated Mental Test (score higher than 6).；
