2025年广东省政府工作报告提出，要促进优质医疗资源扩容下沉和区域均衡布局，深化高水平医院建设，实施医疗卫生强基工程，做细做实县域医共体。

如何通过统筹配置医疗资源，缓解医疗卫生发展不平衡不协调问题，加大优质医疗资源扩容下沉的力度，一直是人们关注的重点。去年，中山大学附属第一医院推出了构建新型健康网络的“DNA模式”，依托医生（Doctor）、护士（Nurse）和人工智能（AI）三个载体，通过区域医疗中心、社会康养合作机构、家庭照护服务及互联网医院等路径，将优质医疗服务送达社区和家庭。

中山一院院长肖海鹏在接受广东中文国际频道记者Daily Bae专访时介绍，“DNA模式”发挥国家医学中心示范引领作用，通过新型健康网络的构建，提升医疗服务体系的能力和效率，进而提升医疗服务的可及性、同质性和公平性。肖院长表示，随着以AI为代表的先进科技在卫生健康领域的进一步应用，人民群众将体验到更优质和精准的“零距离”医疗服务。

The 2025 Guangdong Government Work Report calls for the expansion and distribution of high-quality medical resources, the achievement of a more balanced regional distribution, the advancement of high-level hospitals, the implementation of robust healthcare infrastructure projects, and the improvement of county-level medical communities.

Addressing the imbalances and coordination challenges in healthcare development through strategic allocation of medical resources, as well as intensifying efforts to expand and distribute these resources, has long been a key concern for the public. Last year, the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University introduced the “DNA Model,” a new health network. Relying on three key components—Doctors, Nurses, and Artificial Intelligence—the model aims to deliver high-quality medical services to communities and families via regional medical centers, social health and wellness cooperation institutions, home care services, and online hospitals.

In an exclusive interview with Daily Bae, President Xiao Haipeng explained that the “DNA Model” strengthens the capacity and efficiency of the healthcare system by building this new network, ultimately improving the accessibility, consistency, and fairness of medical services. President Xiao emphasised that with the continued integration of advanced technologies such as AI in healthcare, the public will experience higher-quality and more precise “zero-distance” medical services.
