对待身体器官,我极尽温柔。我几乎不经肝脏代谢,让肝功能不全和老年患者用药更安全。同时,我的胃肠道安全性极佳,可显著降低术后恶心呕吐的发生风险,让患者的康复更加舒适。 


作为全球首个获得镇痛适应症的高选择性外周K受体激动剂,我在2025年5月、2025年9月分别获批用于“治疗腹部手术后的轻、中度疼痛适应症”和“维持性血液透析的慢性肾脏疾病相关中重度瘙痒成人患者适应症”。

今年5月,“治疗术后疼痛”新适应症上市许可申请获受理。





实力建立在坚实的科学证据之上:

截至目前,已有18篇与我相关的学术论文正式发表。

研究成果登上Nature Communication、The BMJ等国际权威学术期刊。 

我先后4次受邀走上ASN(美国肾脏病年会)、ESA(欧洲麻醉年会)等全球顶级学术盛会的舞台,向世界展示中国原研之力。

在临床实践中,我已被正式纳入《腹部手术围手术期疼痛管理指南(2025版)》等3部权威指南与专家共识。 

同年,我被成功纳入国家医保目录,目前已在300➕家医疗机构投入使用,切实降低了患者的治疗负担。

关于安瑞克芬(思舒静®)


思舒静®(安瑞克芬注射液)是全球首个获得镇痛适应症的高选择性外周K受体激动剂,于2025年5月获批上市。其通过精准激动外周κ阿片受体发挥高效镇痛及抗瘙痒作用,不易透过血脑屏障,有效避免了呼吸抑制、成瘾等中枢神经系统不良事件。目前已获批用于治疗腹部手术后的轻、中度疼痛,以及维持性血液透析的慢性肾脏疾病相关中重度瘙痒成人患者。今年5月,“治疗术后疼痛”新适应症上市许可申请获受理。
