基層醫療營養師主導的飲食治療對肥胖患者的體重和生活質量成效

在有限的公共資源下，肥胖患者自資的治療效果需加以探討。這是在香港的一個試點研究，探討營養師主導的飲食諮詢對治療超重/肥胖患者的成效。目標是在飲食治療干預基礎下，能達到臨床上顯著的體重和生活健康質量（ HRQOL ）的改善。

成人年齡18-65歲，男/女， BMI ≧ 23千克/平方米，滿足世衛組織亞太地區超重/肥胖的標準。患者無慢性疾病，或有慢性疾病對最近食物攝入或體重（例如血脂異常，高血壓和糖尿病有良好的血糖控制）沒有影響。；
请登录查看孕婦或哺乳期婦女;飲食失調（厭食/暴食）患者 ，腎功能衰竭，癌症，住院/重大疾病;無法完成調查問卷，在研究期限無法給予同意，被排除在外。；
