To evaluate if a multi-nutrient intervention can reduce the risk of severe WMH using ARIA-WMH as the primary endpoint.

This study is a single centre, open label, randomized trial with a waitlist control. A statistician in the department who is not related to this study will generate the random allocation list using a stratified permuted block randomization method.
