A multiple health risk assessment using automatic retinal image analysis (ARIA) for the community
Primary: To carry out a cross-sectional study in the community to evaluate general health indicators as measured by ARIA-stroke risk, ARIA-eWMH for dementia risk and other cardiovascular related health problems using automatic retinal image analysis method on different age and gender groups. Secondary: To determine if there are associations between retinal characteristics and other clinical information such as weight, BMI, waist and hip circumference, sleep duration, diet preference, and medical history.

1. Aged>18 years; 2. Willing to sign the inform consent; 3. Willing to comply with procedures required in the protocol.；

Subjects with other eye diseases which are not suitable for retinal imaging, such as severe cataract, glaucoma, atretopsia, corneal plague; 3. Subjects are distress with flashlight or have experience with photosensitive seizure; 4. Unwillingness or inability to comply with procedures required in the protocol.；
