Feasibility and Effectiveness of a Parent-Focused Intervention Targeting 24-Hour Movement Behaviors in Preschool-Aged Children: A Randomized Controlled Trial
This intervention study aims to test the feasibility, acceptability, and effectiveness of a parent-focused intervention targeting multiple 24-hour movement behaviors (physical activity, sedentary behavior, and sleep hygiene) for preschool-aged children.

The randomization and group assignment will be conducted by a third person who is blinded to the purpose of the study using the computer-generated random numbers.
The staff who are responsible for randomization and group assignment and data collection are blinded.

1. Families having at least one 3-to-5.9-year-old child; 2. The child is living with parents; 3. The child does not have any diseases that prevent them from participating in physical activity or falling asleep.；
