醫療專業人員對出院後資訊匯總(PDIS)的看法:應用理論領域框架(TDF)來確定實施PDIS的障礙和促進因素
1) To systematically identify barriers and facilitator from the perspectives of healthcare professionals (doctors and nurse) to the adoption and enhancement of PDIS with Theoretical Domains Framework (TDF); 2) To identify behaviour technique or possible strategies to address the context-specific implementation issue of PDIS with Behavioural Change Wheel (BCW) and Realist Evaluation Framework (REF); 3) To develop a theory-based implementation strategy package for adoption and enhancement the full scale intervention of PDIS, addressing modifiable facilitators at behavioural, organization and policy levels using Delphi Discussion.
