1) to increase adolescents psychological well-being, positive affect, hope, optimism, gratitude; 2) to decrease adolescents depressive symptoms and negative affect; 3) to promote understanding of positive mental well-being among adolescents.

Upon the completion of the baseline survey, participants would be sequenced and randomly allocated to either the intervention group or the waitlist control group. A block randomization method will be used to ensure an equal sample size between groups across time and to control the variations in enrolment
