本课题研究立足于国内外研究现状，查阅大量相关文献确定了研究方向，拟通过设计回顾性队列研究探讨肝硬化对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的影响，解决如何评估肝硬化患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的风险性及安全性的临床问题，为临床诊治提供理论依据

入选标准

1) patients are adults, and signed the informed consent form approved by the hospital ethics committee, which was in accordance with the medical ethics; 2) there was clear diagnosis of liver cirrhosis before the operation, which was determined according to clinical history, laboratory data, findings on images and the presence of varices on upper endoscopy or was confirmed by liver biopsy; 3) patients had symptomatic cholecystolithiasis who were able to undergo laparoscopic surgery. The diagnosis of cholecystolithiasis was confirmed by ultrasonography (US), computed tomography (CT) scan or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and there were obviously clinical symptoms (fever, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, vomiting and et al).；

排除标准

1) patients with decompensate liver disease, severe heart, brain or lung insufficiency before surgery; 2) patients with choledocholithiasis, pancreatitis, or other hepatobiliary diseases; 3) patients with a history of abdominal surgery; 4) patients who were unsuitable for laparoscopic surgery.；
