ASCO 2025 | Oral Presentation by Abbisko Therapeutics on Results of Pimicotinib in TGCT from the Phase 3 MANEUVER Study

23 May 2025, Abbisko Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (Abbisko Therapeutics 02256.HK) announced that the Company will present the efficacy, safety, and clinical outcomes assessment phase 3 study results of its self-developed small molecule CSF-1R inhibitor pimicotinib in the treatment of Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor (TGCT) during an oral presentation at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO®) Annual Meeting. The ASCO conference will take place in Chicago, USA, from May 30 to June 3, 2025.

About Pimicotinib

Pimicotinib is an investigational orally administered, highly selective and potent small-molecule inhibitor of colony stimulating factor-1 receptor (CSF-1R) being developed by Abbisko Therapeutics. Pimicotinib has been granted breakthrough therapy designation (BTD) for the treatment of inoperable TGCT by China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and priority medicine (PRIME) designation from the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Under the agreement signed in 2023 for the commercialization rights in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, now holds worldwide commercialization rights for pimicotinib.
