试验目的

Primary objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate our experience with adnexal torsion in patient managed conservatively and to address the long-term outcome of conservative management of adnexal torsion by using ultrasound assessment. Secondary objective: To assess menstrual pattern changes and fertility post adnexal torsion management.

入选标准

The study will include any patients presented with suspected Adnexal Torsion and managed by Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in New Territories East Clusters, namely Prince of Wales Hospital (PWH), Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital (AHNH) and North District Hospital (NDH).；

排除标准

Menopaused women (amenorrhea for 12 cycles) were excluded from the study.；
