Objectives: 1. To study the microbiome and metagenomics of urine and vaginal fluid samples in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and controls subjects without these diseases in our centre; 2. To explore the underlying factors and pathophysiology related to different pelvic floor dysfunction from microbiology.

1. Women over 18 years old; 2. Subjects: (1) Cases: patients who present with pelvic floor dysfunction and require urodynamic study in our unit; (2) Controls: patients who are scheduled for benign gynaecological operation unrelated to pelvic floor dysfunction; 3. Willing to give written consent.；
