临床试验信息

试验目的

糖尿病足常常合并神经和血管病变，极容易发生溃疡，一旦发生溃疡，往往继发感染、坏疽、骨髓炎等，创面经久难愈，常导致截肢。重度糖尿病足溃疡目前尚无有效治疗方法。本研究的目的是探讨基于Ilizarov技术的胫骨上段皮质横向搬移治疗重度糖尿病足溃疡的效果。

入选标准

Patients were considered for inclusion in the study if they had a history of diabetes mellitus, and nonhealing or recurrent ulcer(s) at the lower limb. A nonhealing ulcer was defined as the failure of an ulcer to heal with conservative and/or surgical treatments.；

排除标准

Patients were excluded from the study if they met the following criteria: 1) not able to tolerant the anesthesia required for the surgery; 2) with clinical history of stroke, cardiac failure, cancer, or renal failure (as suggested by creatinine higher than 177 μmol/l); 3) with local signs of infection presented as cellulitis or suppuration at the surgical site or malignant disease in the wound; 4) patients who were not diabetic; 5) with active Charcot arthropathy of the foot; 6) being treated with corticosteroids, immunosuppressive drugs, or chemotherapy. 7) with neurological problem complicating the rehabilitation; 8) with severe peripheral vascular disease (with popliteal artery with occlusion more than 85% lumen); 9) with history of mental disorder interfering with patient compliance.；
