Patients aged 6 to 60 years and diagnosed with at least 1 year of perennial AR (confirmed by clinical history, positive skin-prick tests, and serum-specific immunoglobulin E of 0.7 kU/L), with an average total nasal symptom score (TNSS) of at least 20 during the week were included in the study；
